It’s interesting how the mildly sociopathic comedy phrase “Hilarity Ensues” works. At the beginning of my notes. I was playing around with the idea of Hilda having Kate’s laptop, with the only copy of Kate’s Manuscript on it. Having it getting lost and all hell breaks loose. One, Hilda wouldn’t.
Two, Hilda has her own laptop as well as a tablet.
Three, of course, Kate has copies.
And finally, Four, with the advent of the cloud, every device is a portable extension of your office computer.
Not that I can’t have plenty of other… eventful things happen. It just means I have to work a little harder.
