Rowan is talking about all of the things Blossom did to Fran and Olive the last time they went to a religious festival together which culminated in the two left stranded in the Peninsula culminating in the beginning of a road trip with Brian.
Port Wynee is the largest town on the Peninsula. It’s named after Wynee, the maidservant of Frances Hornsby Trevor Barkley, and the first Hawaiian to travel on a western ship.
