Creatives Manor is located on the far northwest corner of the Trout-Debs District. It’s right at the edge of the more residential area of the Maple Lake neighborhood. It takes up most of the second and third floor a brick building done in the Second Empire style. The original interior, on the first floor at least, is remarkably well preserved.
