Today’s Rhapsody is “In A Summer Garden” By Frederick Delius performed by the Hallé Orchestra directed Sir John Barbirolli
Today’s Rhapsody is the first of Two Rhapsodies (L’Etang) by Charles Martin Loeffler for oboe, viola and piano though in this version has been arranged by Huei Lin replacing the oboe with a soprano saxophone. I rather like this one’s haunting quality.
Today’s Rhapsody is Sergei Rachmaninoff’s Russian Rhapsody for two Pianos
Today’s Rhapsody is the first section of “Schelomo” The Hebraic Rhapsody for solo cello and large orchestra by Ernest Bloch
