Regarding the woman, Gage is talking about,  all we know about her is her name is Yuki and she’s a friend of Dielle’s roommate. She has taken an interest in Kevin to the extent of taking him out for lunch. Unless she’s the same person from Kevin’s dreams, We’re not aware of anything sinister about her. (Though there might be some concerns about her views on consent)

It appears that Hilda is making good on her promise to start getting preemptive about her and Blossom’s romantic interests. Though that doesn’t explain why she’d go into a place like the corner store.
