Since Brian’s “errands” tend to be slightly longer than a trip to the supper market, Olive is admittedly nervous when he brings up shopping trips. Happily, Brian doesn’t have trouble paying overtime.

While Rowan has probably heard all of the facts about Brian’s “cocktail party”, it’s probably best to hear from the source. Preferably in detail
Of course, everything Brian has planned at this event is above board! Why would there be any reason to get paranoid about it?
Brian frequently forgets to eat when he gets into a project, especially when deadlines are involved. It’s a good thing that hors d’oeuvres are available to get the blood sugar back up for the final push.
Once again, Brian’s taking a metaphor uncomfortably far. At least, considering boats are involved, he hasn’t mentioned anybody drowning.
