Yes, Kate has to go to another meeting with Kris. And because Kris keeps choosing fancy restaurants, Kate has to dress up for them.

Except, of course, excuses that are actually valid. Hilda and Blossom have been doing volunteer work at the Spring Mysteries on the Penninsula for years. Hilda just informed Kate about it, here.
