If it’s not clear, Nancy is joking by comparing ice cream to drugs… It’s probably not that funny but Paul’s gotten good enough at picking up all of the relevant cues and make a show of being amused.

Thankfully it looks like some of the other band members survived the night. (Paul, Shilo, and Nancy, anyway) I’m comfortably sure Paul didn’t see a Panda, but things were a little weird that night.
Remember kids, sometimes watching football at a lady friend’s family’s house is just watching football.
