Yes I know, Hilda can be very judgmental, but for professional reasons, she tries not to keep any judgments she might have separate from work. She can save them for the next wacky plan Blossom wants her to hear about.
Good Suggestions

Suma is quickly becoming Lisa’s number two by being helpful, with lots of useful suggestions. Admittedly Blossom also had suggestions. This is why she’s not at this informal meeting.
Blossom’s been too busy for anything close to drunken debauchery since Bert escaped from Shilo’s house. Suma’s being uncharacteristically snarky and judgemental here. But it does look as if it’s been a bad day.
You certainly say that Bert was under house arrest. Only it wasn’t his house. He was only able to get out recently when his captors lost interest.
It was implied that Bert was sneaking around the Geoduck Festival. Of course, the only people who noticed were Gage and Kevin. So, who knows? Of course, he’s not about to answer Suma’s question about it.
