Rowan can’t really fault Laurel for going back to the office to work. After all, if she did, she’d have to explain why she’s doing the same thing.

Thankfully, Janet came to her senses after leaving Brian’s proximity. This is a good thing since throwing her in the lake would have required a mile-long walk.

I have no idea if Janet actually writes poetry or if Laurel’s being snarky.
