We now returned to older and seemingly dropped storylines!

As you last remember, Brian invited Janet to a dinner meeting after being impressed by her work on the financial side of Lysistrata’s renovations.

Janet took the invitation just as well as you would think.

In the meantime, completely oblivious to how Janet might take it, Brian also invited Laurel

Laurel was conflicted about how to take this. On the one hand, she’d rather not be there, and on the other, she wants to look out for her good friend, who tends to drop several IQ points whenever she’s around Brian.
