Rhapsodies

I almost scrapped this joke because, even by the standards of The Department of Minor Nuisances, it strained credibility. Where would they get the monkeys from, have them escape from the zoo? Then it occurred to me that lab animals, such as Rhesus Macaques, escaping from a research facility in an area with a large biotech industry, made more sense and was marginally plausible.
