Lost and Found
While it would seem that the Department of Lost and Found is part of the Department of Minor Nuisances it actually has a much larger purvue. The DMN generally uses them to handle such things as keys, combs, and pencils. However other departments also make use of them from everything from rent money to hope and dreams.
