Rhapsodies

One of the secrets behind Kate’s enjoyable vacation was that Hilda confiscated anything she could write with before she left.  Stephen did the rest by keeping her occupied afterwards

Now that she’s back, Hilda will happily return Kate’s laptop, and Kate  hopefully has a free week to make up for lost time

Speaking of distractions, the one Hilda created made Stefan fail with his own plans. Who knows when he’ll get the nerve to try it again. His staff is not amused.

Incidentally, Scylla is one of the background characters I regret not having show up more often. Here’s hoping there’s less of a wait between now and her next appearance.
