Yes, Francine, Laurel did notice Brian was being intense. You can tell that she’s had a long day when she forgets sarcasm is wasted on some people.
These are not the arms that Kate was hoping to crash into at the end of the day. But at least there are pillows.

Kate has become very good at “losing” her phone. It’s a very good way to avoid calls other people think are important. Unfortunately, Hilda has become wise to this technique.
Some interesting things happened at Lysistrata on Blossom’s day off, most notably Suma screening some annoying calls. Whether Blossom had anything to do with them, is anyone’s guess.
