Having Brian meet Stefan was a plot point I’ve been dreading for years. And I’ll admit that what happens here is technically a total cop out.

But it’s a total cop out, I’ve been extremely pleased with myself for coming up with.  It is completely in character for Brian to completely ignore the small stuff and not let people get a single word in.
