Kevin looked around the bleak cyclopean city that made up the Relay Station. Though, in the back of his head, he vaguely remembered the natives calling it something else.

He had never actually seen the island before. He’d been there before, of course, and he thought that he dreamed of it once or twice afterward. But he’d only been indoors, working in its corridors and massive caverns. He had no idea what the whole island looked like. Having said that, he recognized it immediately. In the center of the island a giant monolith, that made up most of the city’s acropolis, seemed to glow faintly in a slight shade of green as if it were the biggest lighthouse Kevin had ever seen. He wondered what it was supposed to attract… or warn away… He wondered what Peaseblossom wanted to do this time.
