Rhapsodies

I admit I wasn’t sure if Hilda’s mother had any English at all. If she didn’t, I could get some mileage from Kate’s “small quantity” of German being all she had to get by when Hilda was away. I decided Kate has enough troubles on this trip.

On a side note, unless Kate overslept, this is technically a continuity error. This scene should take place several hours before Brian went on his errands.
