I’ve been wanting to bring Janet into the team for sometime.

My only problem was how well she would be able to work in the office. Not that she’s not qualified or competent. Just how would she be able to get two sentences across when Brian is around? I’ve been going out of my way to try and make it clear that she will be able to stay professional where it counts. Though time will tell.

Also, I want to emphasize to the best of my knowledge, Janet is either self-employed, or there is no evidence to show otherwise. So, she did not quit her job to jump at this opportunity. It’s more like changing offices and getting better pay.
