Whatever Nancy and Paul have been telling his Mom doesn’t seem to be working. And she certainly suspects that Paul and Nancy are far more than just friends, no matter what they tell themselves.

Also while Paul’s dad invited Nancy to call him by his first name, Mom seems to have given no such permission.
