The Department of Minor Nuisances is getting as much mileage out of Fedya and Gabriella’s relationship as they can. Relationship issues like this would usually be relegated to another department. The way this has been bothering the band is exclusively in the DMN’s bailiwick. Rumors are always exploitable.
