The Town at the End of the Road
Ticiwa Grove was the main setting of my Koala Road comic strip. It could best be described as a “treetop shantytown” acting kind of like a cross between Dogpatch and the Okefenokee Swamp. I enjoyed writing about it and who knows one of these days I might recycle it as a children’s book… But ultimately the main reason I moved on was I got a little tired of writing about a community that had the combined intellect of a door knob.
(To spell that out, Bert was one of the smarter ones.)
And Kevin should be careful… Considering the abuse he’s gotten from one angry “woodchuck” imagine what a mob of them can do.
None of them look very happy to see him. Why do I get the feeling that he’s going to be run out of town by a horde of angry wombats?
