I enjoyed having Ms. Shui go undercover. Her fashion sense is firmly stuck in “eighties prep”. So, I found having her have to dress sporty amusing .

There was a question that occurred to me, after the fact. Why does the Department of Minor Nuisances need anyone to go undercover? When the need arises they are relatively omniscient. At first glance, field workers seems unnecessary.

In the case of Ms. Shui, I think it was a way to get her out of the office when her shift was over.
