We Still Have Clients
Brian and Rowan have returned from a meeting. Rowan seems to have kept him under control long enough for everything to be a success.
Contrary to popular belief, Brian does not regularly scare off his clients. Most of them understand that the results he produces are worth putting up with his eccentricities and hyperactivity.
I try not to throw in jokes that need footnotes. But I believe you can get away with them if they are not the punchline. In this case, Laurel’s comment about Phyrgians refers to Pharnaces II of Pontus who was the individual that Julius Ceaser came, saw, and conquered. (don’t think Laurel is that brilliant. I think we all look up certain popular references. It’s how I know the answer to one of the questions in the Bridge of Death scene in Monty Python and the Holy Grail is Ninevah. )
Finally, for everybody who may have missed it, we saw why Rowan can’t seem to reach her regular hookup here.
