Janet didn’t expect Brian to be at Kate’s party. She is not disappointed that he is here.
Once again, I worry that I’ve done wrong by Janet. As one of Kate’s best friends and financial advisor, she’s supposed to be one of the smart ones. But since Brian has the key to her heart and the switch to her brain, this is rarely apparent.
I’m planning to try and fix this in upcoming stories, but since she’s only had just over 30 appearances in the strip, I worry how many people will notice.
