The way glamor and the perception of celestial beings work, everybody perceives Mr. Large Hideous Bull Creature, as a big Samoan guy. It’s not as if Dielle keeps her relationships outside of work a secret, but she’s annoyed that a perfectly legit platonic friendship with a member of the opposite sex is regarded as a “Will & Grace Thing”. It makes some potentially unfair assumptions about the said friend, for one thing.
