Leadership isn’t quite as dramatic as Mr. Zhu imagined when it was first thrust upon him for this project.
As Ms. Wan’s reports show, it’s been over a week since Fedya last ran into Gabriella. These “coincidences” appear to have been a regular thing ever since.

There is always time to be fashionably late. For the record, Ms. Wan granted the department jurisdiction here.Having said that Ms. Wan could have handled things a little more tactfully.
Being in charge of an operation is hard enough, even without interdepartmental misunderstandings. It’s a wonder that Mr. Zhu is merely snarky.
It seems to have been going on forever, but the Circle band is now at the halfway point of their road trip. If the DMN have anything to say about it, things are going to get interesting.
