One thing you can say about Tara is that she’s usually transparent. When she’s quiet about something, you should seriously start considering your travel plans. For the record, Laurel does use this excuse quite a bit.

No matter what Gabriella might think, it isn’t Fedya’s fault that they keep running into each other. One could theoretically blame Michelle, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
Blossom’s been too busy for anything close to drunken debauchery since Bert escaped from Shilo’s house. Suma’s being uncharacteristically snarky and judgemental here. But it does look as if it’s been a bad day.
You certainly say that Bert was under house arrest. Only it wasn’t his house. He was only able to get out recently when his captors lost interest.
