Here is my initial design for Mimi-Chan. The main was that the mysterious hacker, Brian sent Fran and Olive to meet, turned out to be a perky gothic lolita type.
After going through a handful of Lolita fashion pages, this is what I came up with. Her face is based on Perona from One Piece. (I confess I have mixed feelings about that after the fact.
