Just because Dielle didn’t notice Michelle was behind her all along doesn’t mean she was sneaking up on her.
I’m not sure what Michelle’s view on faith actually is, I’m not even sure if she’d understand the question, but when it comes to her guys’ self esteem she’s all for the placebo effect.
Despite evidence to the contrary, Gage is perfectly confident in his abilities, in what other people, like a paying audience might think… not so much. And besides… who knows what else they’re saying about you?
Most of the time Dielle has complete control over the band’s schedule… Sometimes it informs her otherwise. And just in case anyone is wondering, this is the first time Mr. Maurice Moorehead has ever been mentioned.
I’m sure Michelle doesn’t have to resort to flirting but it certainly makes things more entertaining. She probably wouldn’t have given the guy on the other end of the phone such an obvious straight line otherwise.
When Dielle claims she feels trapped in a gangster film she knows what she’s talking about having been kept running place to place steered gradually to Homestead by the Department of Minor Nuisances.
We first saw Michelle talking with Maurice here and he is indeed the reason the band had to juggle their schedule to show up at such short notice.
