We first saw Fitzpatrick Consulting’s newest client Jim McMannus of Pacific Northern Railway here and if half of what Rowan has to say about him are true he’ll need a whole lot of watching.
For someone who hasn’t encountered Brian before, I’m sure Brian would have appreciated some social niceties.
