For better for worse the Department of Minor Nuisances has to be subtle when dealing with the interests of the Case Triple Eight. After all, if they don’t the Case Triple Eight might notice and stop them.
Mr. Ying sent Mr. Fluffybear to find the Lost document file earlier this week to get rid of him. He never thought Mr. Fluffybear would find it let alone find some missing files that Ms. Atri might find useful.
