Brian frequently forgets to eat when he gets into a project, especially when deadlines are involved. It’s a good thing that hors d’oeuvres are available to get the blood sugar back up for the final push.
Believe it or not, Glen is very smart, competent, and good in his field. He just looks average when he’s hanging out with his inlaws. He understands Brian’s ideas just enough to be nervous.
As we saw, last time., people are going through the wine and hors d’euvres a little too quickly. Fran and Olive have had to get refills several times already.
