Bian, Kevin’s former girlfriend, dumped him off screen after getting annoyed by… well… dating Kevin, and deciding that yes, there actually was more to a relationship than casual sex.
As for the “imaginary girlfriend”…. It’s not as if Kevin’s ever kept her existence a secret it’s just no one’s ever believed him.
