As far as Rowan is concerned, it doesn’t make her job any easier when Brian reveals his plans out loud. To the best of our knowledge, Rowan has never had to use code red.
Expertise
This isn’t the first time that Brian has sent Olive looking for a special file, (while telling her nearly as much) At this point, anyone else would start getting deja vous.
Brian isn’t deliberately keeping secrets from everybody. He just assumes his thought process is obvious, and everyone will figure it all out.
