Clearly, Laurel is shocked that Brian invited her to his upcoming meeting, rather than the tête-à-tête she expected. It’s not clear whether Rowan has been invited. Not that she wanted to go or not.

Apparently, Brian did mention leprechauns in his introduction. It was probably a metaphor for profits. (unless Brian actually meant a literal pot of gold.) In hindsight, I’m regretting not putting a rainbow in that image.
