As I mentioned before, I regret not using Paul’s cousin, Nikki Huen, more. It appears that the Department of Minor Nuisances Agrees with me. Since Nikki appears to have value not just as a source of aggravation but, according to Mr. Zhu, as a way for the Department to pad its numbers.
They certainly shall be trying to find ways to get her to Homestead as a means to keep this up.
