Rhapsodies

Well here we begin this year’s Halloween story (the working title is Tsui Hark’s Rocky Horror Show) with the Department of Minor Nuisances trying to desperately keeping up with damage control and hoping that a hastily thrown together nightmare will do the trick.

And if anyone’s wondering what triggered things this time here is a small hint.
