Packing “emergency supplies” for a meeting is something I imagine that Rowan would do. So, I it surprised me when I couldn’t find any text evidence of her doing it in the past.
In fact, the only time this happened in the strip was at Lysistrata. Blossom slipped a flask of brandy into the the supply box for a book signing.
