“Hapsburg Revival” is a school of architecture that I first used as a throwaway term as a bit of background detail in one of my science fiction stories. It makes more sense in the present day. I don’t know what it looks like. Considering the range of the Hapsburgs, it could be a number of things. For the time being, imagine something that might have been trendy in 18th century Vienna, and then imagine how an architect from 1920 to the 1940s would have recreated it.
