Look Who Showed Up
After having been missing since December, Bert finally showed up! Blossom is not amused.
It’s never quite clear how ordinary people perceive Bert. My best guess is it depends on how often you encounter him. Even then he’s usually remembered as “Blossom’s weird friend” or people only remember the broad details.
As for the “drinking tea with beautiful women bit”, Blossom may have misunderstood some details from Bert’s last report.
