I’m not sure that Hilda could have picked up Kate, the way she’s holding her in the last panel but it works as slapstick.

The “Company Account” is Kate’s tab at the Peach Blossom that Hilda and Blossom use shamelessly, as seen here. Unless she’s in a snit, Kate doesn’t notice.
