Olive has many hats at Fitzpatrick Consulting, with being “person who does the lunch runs” being only one of them. Other titles includes “Senior Filing Clerk” and “Bodyguard”. She got the position of senior filing clerk when Rowan made Fran her secretary. Olive doesn’t seem to realize that “Senior Filing Clerk” means “Only Filing Clerk“. As for the bodyguard thing, that was one of Brian’s whims that appears to function only as decoration. In this case, however, Olive’s luck (it’s hard to tell whether it’s good or not) has made people think she’s good at it. Olive is not sure what she thinks of this.
Even so Olive can’t seem to realize that Fran has an important job than she does. Then again it’s not clear whether Fran has either. (It’s really hard to tell whether she’s being sarcastic or not)
