Applied Causality is a department in Fate that is technically above Minor Nuisances, Luck and Disaster but nobody in these departments is completely sure how. “That thing with the Comet” that Mr. Zhu is talking about is Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9… apparently it was a good idea at the time.
