Tara is good at exploiting family connections.

For everybody new to the strip, the person Brian is talking to on the phone is Jim Mcmanus, the CEO of Pacific Northern Railway. He went to school with Rowan who, despite what Brian may think,  isn’t very impressed by him. But that isn’t any reason to turn him down as a client, is it?

We haven’t seen him since the last board meeting Brian attended. (It probably explains why he’ll do just about any favor to keep Brian away from him)
