Rhapsodies

We’ve now found out where Bert has been for the entire storyline. I admit that I’ve never written many rules regarding Bert in stone. So, I don’t know if Bert somehow inhabits the plush teddy bear, if Bert actually is “Mr. Boogalee Bear”, or if he’s spying through him. My current theory is that while Shilo’s new house is decommissioned by the Department of Minor Nuisances, it still has some strong wards in it, and whatever Bert’s status is, he got stuck.
