Why Didn’t We Think of That Before?
There’s probably plenty of reasons the Department didn’t think of this sort of approach before. Mainly, because Management wants to get their backlog taken care of as quickly as possible. There isn’t much room for subtlety. Besides, there’s no guarantee Michelle wouldn’t notice eventually.
