Since the Warehouse District is not the most exciting place in the city it doesn’t take much, like a large delivery to catch people’s attention. Especially when the delivery is at your building.

To the best of everybody’s knowledge, the first floor of the warehouse has always been locked up and unused. Any sign of activity will be noticed and a source of gossip.
