The “last time” that Paul is talking about, is from the 2012 Halloween story where he got caught in a storm in the middle of the woods. Of course, by the time he got to Nancy’s hotel room, there wasn’t a cloud in the sky. Now that they’ve gotten past all of the games and are in a real, mature, relationship, Paul has no intention of letting it go.
