Meet Paul’s Cousin Nicole, called Nikki. The reason Paul didn’t recognize her is she’s grown quite a bit since the last time he saw her.

We haven’t heard Paul’s grandmother be mentioned for years! And that was only three times.
At the time Paul claimed she rode with Hells Angels. This was an exaggeration. It was just how the family perceived her biking with her club. (Who the family claim scare Hell’s Angels.)

It looks like the family also heard about Nancy when she visited his parents with him. Clearly, there weren’t many details beyond that.
